Controller dialog

Use popup menu to open "Controller settings" dialog. A controller is a joystick or keyboard that is used to activate some functions like PTZ or playback, or switching to full screen and back to cell layout.

Any HID compliant device can be used as a controller in matrix.

First select an input device from the list. Rename it if you want. Select a color . This will be the color of frame of a picture on which the focus of this device is. During multi-user operation this color will identify the different controllers.
To assign an input device button to a matrix function click on "Set Button" and then press a key on your input device. The button name (Windows name) will be shown beside the function. For joystick devices the PTZ x-axis, y-axis functions are pre-defined.

Finally enable the device as matrix controller.
