Creating Forced Actions

If you want an alert to be acknowledged only with justification, set Mandatory Action for that category.
File/Settings/

You can create a new rule by clicking on the plus sign.
If we want to use it, we have to name it, enable it and apply it for the right users.

On the "Field" tab, you can create the type of intervention: Multiple selection, Select one Radio, Combobox, Text.
The field name will be displayed for that event as a justification for intervention.
By ticking the required field, the event can only be acknowledged after the mandatory intervention has been performed.

On the trigger tab, you can set the category of event (s) for which the mandatory intervention would be performed.
Important: Only ONE mandatory intervention can be set for a category, but multiple fields can be set within an intervention.
